I'd definitely recommend Sinclair Direct to friends and family because the price of the vehicle was good however the customer service was a second to none. Gavin looked after us perfectly, nothing was a problem or too much effort, he was, and is polite, professional and friendly, we both felt comfortable and at ease. There was no hard sell and it did not feel like you were buying a car, unlike some other car salesmen with the hard sell attitude.
All of the staff at Sinclair Direct were ever so friendly and attentive, we have told all our family and friends how warm and welcoming the whole experience was.
We live about a 4 hour drive away and were collected from the train station on the day we collected the car. Another nice touch.
When we need to change cars next time, Sinclair is the 1st place we will look as the service is 1st class.

I'd recommend Sinclair Direct because the sale of the car was very smooth and easy to understand. buying such an expensive car I was very nervous about talking to the salesman about all aspects of the finances and what he was gonna give me for my trade in but Robert made me feel very relaxed and gave me the trade in price that I wanted for my Audi. I kept thanking him for making it such a lovely experience and did say to him that I was nervous spending such a large amount of money on a car. i’ve had the car, maybe three or four weeks now and it’s absolutely faultless. once again, Robert well done and thank you.
